- `Tenant`: the organization that owns brands and tenant-level settings.
- `Brand`: the main working context inside a tenant.
- `Brand Portrait`: the structured brand profile.
- `Brand Memory`: editable brand documents used for longer-form context.
- `Brand Knowledge`: the asset-oriented knowledge-base layer for a brand.
- `Attachment`: an uploaded file that can be analyzed, ingested, or attached to chat.
- `Knowledge Document`: the ingestion unit inside a knowledge base.
- `Session`: a persistent conversation container for brand-scoped chat.
- `Shared Session`: a read-only time-limited public link to a session.
- `Owner`: the tenant role allowed to edit certain organization-level settings.
